1. Insert the air supply pipe into the air inlet of the pneumatic actuator, and let in the compressed air of 6bar;
2. Remove the valve body with four sets of screws;
3. Turn off the air source and discharge the compressed air;
4. Rotate counterclockwise to remove the old diaphragm;
5. Install a new diaphragm, tighten it clockwise, and pay attention to the installation direction of the diaphragm;
6. Introduce compressed air, keep the air pressure of 6bar, and adjust the diaphragm;
7. Install the valve body and tighten four sets of screws diagonally;
8. Remove the 6bar air pressure and pull out the air supply pipe.
