EPDM rubber is a synthetic rubber and is widely used. Its main characteristics are that it is less affected by temperature and ozone, and has excellent aging resistance.

Features

EPDM is especially suitable for hot water, cold water, alkaline medium and non-concentrated acids. Suitable for hygienic processes.

EPDM diaphragms are not recommended for use with mineral oils, vegetable oils, vegetable and animal fats, aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons, and halogenated solvents or concentrated acids, etc., as these media can damage the diaphragm structure.
